Just don't get run over.Oxford is a fairly compact city and most places in central Oxford are within walking distance. Since most first year students live in college or college accommodation, which tends to be in the city centre, you don't have to worry much about getting around Oxford. A pair of feet will suffice! However, if you would like to speed up the travel time between your college, the Bod and the pub, you might want to consider joining the ranks of the vast population of Oxford cyclists.
